This actually didn't take as long as I thought it would from initial conception, but it did take a decent amount of time. I've been wanting to do a good mermaid picture for a while, and since I'd never done a water picture with the perspective as half in/half out, I wanted to give that a go, too. There was a lot of experimental work going on in this, but I think I learned a lot, and I enjoy the outcome. Hopefully, so will you. The mermaid in detail can be found here: [link]

I don't see why not. Why don't you send me a few you would like to see colored. I'll look over them and pick one, and when I get more time (which, keep in mind, might not be for a very long time...) I will color it for ya?
