Okay, a brief update (as brief as I can make it)! My boyfriend and I went house-hunting a couple of days ago and found a house we absolutely LOVE. Perfect location, perfect price, perfect features (spa tub, french doors, all new paint/carpet/tiling/fixtures/etc) and even though it was the very first house we saw the inside of during our search, we just knew.

So, tonight we made an offer on it and I'm anxious as all heck because I WANT THIS HOUSE! So, keep your fingers crossed for me.

Oh, and I know I owe a couple of people things, but I've had to put even commissions on a short pause while we sort out this housing stuff, so just hang tight and I promise I'll get you what you're owed. I swear, I haven't forgotten!

This is so exciting!

Update: Our offer was accepted! Wow, that was fast! I'm in shock! Woot!
